Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping within Singapore?
Orders under SGD 150 ship for SGD 8, and orders of SGD 150 and above ship free. Wedding welcome signs ship at a flat SGD 15 because they're a little bulky.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes! We ship to Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, the UAE, the UK, the US, Canada and most of Europe. Standard shipping is SGD 20 and Expedited is SGD 40. Welcome signs ship within Singapore only.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, every parcel comes with a tracking number once it has been mailed out.
How long will my order take?
We'll send your first draft within 2–3 business days of your order. Once you've given your final approval, printing takes 10 business days, plus shipping time. Welcome signs take 7 business days.
I need my invitations urgently. Can you help?
Yes, express printing is available for SGD 20–30. Please email us before you order so we can check our schedule.
Ordering & Design
How many invitations can I order?
From 50 to 500 cards, in steps of 25.
Which paper should I choose?
Natural Ivory is a 250 GSM textured cream stock with a fine art feel. Matte Lamination is 350 GSM with a protective matte coating and no glare. Uncoated is our budget-friendly 350 GSM option with a classic postcard finish. See The Process for photos.
Can my invitation be in Malay or two languages?
Absolutely. All our designs work beautifully with Malay or bilingual wording. For other languages, please reach out to us.
Can I change the colours?
You can choose up to three ink colours from our ink chart, or send us a hex code. Colours in watercolour illustrations and images can't be changed.
How many revisions do I get?
Three complimentary revisions, then SGD 5 per revision after that. We'll never print without your signed final approval.
Do envelopes come with the invitations?
Yes, every invitation comes with a matching white envelope. You can upgrade to one of 9 coloured envelopes or add custom wax seals.
Is there a digital version for WhatsApp?
Yes! Every invitation order comes with a free matching e-invite, sized for mobile screens.
Returns & Issues
Can I return or exchange my invitations?
As each order is personalised just for you, we're unable to accept returns on custom printed items. See our Refund Policy for details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please check your parcel when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged or incorrect, and we'll make it right.
